大鼠脑缺血再灌注后NCAM基因表达的变化

[摘要]目的 观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)基因表达的变化及规律。方法应用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型 ,原位杂交技术检测脑缺血90 min再灌注2 h、6 h、12 h、1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d和14 d时间点神经细胞NCAM mRNA表达的变化。结果 NCAM mRNA于再灌注2 h时在皮质出现,12 h时达高峰,14 d降至基础水平;纹状体NCAM mRNA于2 h时出现,1 d后达高峰,14 d降至基础水平。结论脑缺血再灌注后NCAM基因表达持续增加,提示其在神经损伤修复过程中可能起重要作用。[关键词] 脑缺血;再灌注损伤;细胞黏附分子,神经元;基因表达;大鼠
