【摘要】 目的 探讨小脑实质性血管网织细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾性分析10例小脑实质性血管网织细胞瘤的临床表现及辅助检查、手术方法。结果 术后病人均明确诊断为小脑实质性血管网织细胞瘤，手术全切难度大。结论 术前栓塞供血动脉、术中先处理供血动脉、静脉后再切除肿瘤，能降低手术风险和肿瘤术后复发率。【关键词】 小脑； 实质性血管网织细胞瘤； 手术全切
