     摘要：目的：了解口腔科就诊患者就医行为和就医心理，为进一步加强口腔卫生宣教提供依据。方法：对新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔科484例就诊患者进行口腔疾病就医行为和就医心理的问卷调查，分析不同年龄组患者的就诊原因及对牙齿患病原因的认识，并分析不同学历的患者对医生学历和职称的认识。结果：15～30、31～50、51～75岁患者因影响进食就诊分别占45.53%、65、11%、72.72%，认为由于缺乏保健常识导致牙齿患病分别占50.00%、62.79%、28.57%，认为乳牙疼痛需要就诊者分别占92.98%、83.36%、33.33%，不同学历患者对医生学历和职称的认识无明显差异。结论：中青年和青少年应作为口腔宣传的重点对象，加强老年人的卫生保健宣教意义深远；口腔科门诊的工作中，医师无特殊性别优势，大多数患者有强烈的知情需要，并能认识到保留病历的重要意义。
