【摘要】 目的 评价胃复安治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法 功能性消化不良患者50例(男26例，女24例)，年龄18～65岁，给予胃复安片5mg,po,tid，疗程4周。结果 胃复安对功能性消化不良患者的早饱、上腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、烧心、嗳气等症状的临床总有效率、显效率、有效率和无效率分别为92%、40%、52%、8%；对胃排空的有效率为60%。结论 胃复安治疗功能性消化不良具有较好疗效而不良反应较少。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of metoclopramide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods Fifty patients (M26,F24,age 18～65y) with functional dyspepsia was treated with metoclopramide 5mg,po,tid for 4wk.Results The clinical total effective rate,a marked effective rate,effective rate and ineffective rate of metoclopramide in treating early satiely,epigastric fullness,nausea,vomiting,epigastric pain,decrease of food intake,heartburn and belch were 92%,40%,52%,8%;respectively.The effective rate of gastric emptying were 60%.Conclusion Metoclopramide is an efficacious and reliable agent in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and has mild adverse reactions.
