【摘要】 目的 观察复方隔山消颗粒对实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃肠激素的影响。方法 采用热盐水灌胃方法制作慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型，用不同剂量的复方隔山消颗粒进行治疗后，检测各组大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)和血浆胃动素(MTL)含量。结果 慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠血清GAS和血浆MTL明显下降，复方隔山消颗粒能使其显著回升至接近正常水平。结论 复方隔山消颗粒治疗大鼠实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎的机制可能与其促进GAS和MTL的分泌有关。

    Influence of compound geshanxiao granules on the gastric and motilin in experimental chronic atrophic gastritis model of rats

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influences of Compound Geshanxiao Granules on the gastrins (GAS) and motilin(MTL) in experimental chronic atrophic gastritis model of rats.Methods The chronic atrophic gastritis model were established with rats administered intragastrically with hot salt water. The rats were divided into groups according to treatment with different dosage of Compound Geshanxiao Granules, then the contents of GAS in serum and MTL in plasma were determined.Results The contents of GAS in serum and MTL in plasma in the chronic atrophic gastritis model of rats decreased markedly. The increase of GAS and MTL could be regulated to nearly normal level by the treatment of the Compound Geshanxiao Granules. Conclusion The mechanisms of the therapy of Compound Geshanxiao Granules on experimental chronic atrophic gastritis may involve promoting GAS and MTL secretion. ......
