[摘要]目的:探讨结肠癌细胞对脐静脉内皮细胞中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)表达的影响,以及EMMPRIN与肿瘤新生血管生成的关系。方法:建立结肠癌LoVo细胞与人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)共培养模型,并设HUVEC单独培养对照组,培养36h后进行形态学观察,并应用免疫细胞化学方法检测内皮细胞EMMPRIN的表达。结果:共培养组HUVEC形成大量管样结构,且EMMPRIN的表达明显强于HUVEC单独培养对照组强。结论:结肠癌细胞上调HUVEC EMMPRIN的表达,并诱导HUVEC管样结构的的形成,EMMPRIN的表达可能与肿瘤新生血管生成具有一定的相关性。
