摘 要 目的:应用微乳液反应法制备磺胺嘧啶银均匀微晶,均匀制得的微晶的粒径大小约为2~4 μm,均匀微晶的结晶性好,纯度高。用均匀设计方法优化条件,制备的均匀的微晶平均粒径大小为2.09 μm,实验结果达到预测结果要求。结论:用微乳液反应法能获得磺胺嘧啶银均匀微晶。关键词 微乳液反应法;磺胺嘧啶银;均匀微晶;均匀设计
Preparation of sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles by microemulsion reaction method and evaluation on its prescription
Abstract Objecyive: To investigate the microemulsion reaction methods in the preparation of sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles. Methods:sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles were prepared by melthomogenization of sulfadiazine sodium and nitrate silver microemulsions. Uniform design method was used for optimization of sulfadiazine silver formula and technique.Results:The size of sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles was about 2~4 μm.Crystallization and purity of these particles were excellent.Three groups of sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles were prepared according to optimized conditions.The size of sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles was about 2.09 μm,as predicted.Conclusion:Sulfadiazine silver ultrafine particles can be prepared by microemulsion reactions method. ......
