摘 要 目的:研究共刺激信号在抗肝脏肿瘤免疫中作用。方法:分析经antiCD3McAb和antiCD28McAb协同共刺激,并与肝脏肿瘤细胞(HepG2-2215细胞株)共同孵育的人外周血淋巴细胞(PBLs)。结果:发现其TCRVβ基因表达呈限制性,初步筛选出识别肝脏肿瘤抗原的TCRVβ基因亚家族。结论:有针对性地在体外大量扩增表达Vβ3、Vβ14的T细胞并回输给该肝脏肿瘤患者,可能比非特异性的LAK或CD3AK更有疗效。关键词 共刺激;TCRVβ基因;免疫治疗
Study on the effect of costimulation in antiliver tumor immune

Abstract The expression of TCRVβ genes in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) costimulated by antiCD3McAb and antiCD28McAb and incubated with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line (HepG2-2215) were analyzed. The result indicated a restricted TCRVβ usage in HCC.The TCRVβ gene subfamilies recognizing liver tumor antigens were screened.
