盐酸小蘖碱对LPS诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞与粒性白细胞粘附的影响

     摘要通过研究盐酸小蘖碱(BC)对细菌脂多糖(LPS)诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)与粒性白细胞(HL-60)粘附的影响，探讨盐酸小蘖碱的抗炎作用机制。结果，盐酸小蘖碱与LPS共同处理HUVEC时，能明显降低LPS诱导的HUVEC与HL-60的粘附，可能是BC抗炎作用机制之一。

    Effects of berberine chloride on LPS induced adhesion of human leucocyte with human umbilical vein endothelial cells

    Abstract The effect of Berberine chloride on LPS induced adhesion of human leucocyte(HL-60)with human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) was studied. The result showed that berberine chloride could inhibit the adhesion of HUVEC with HL-60 induced by LPS,which might be correlated to the antiinflammation mechanisms of berberin chloride.
