复方磺胺嘧啶银胶原蛋白烧伤膜的研制及不同因素对其释药的影响

     摘 要 目的:研制复方磺胺嘧啶银胶原蛋白烧伤膜,考察不同因素对其释药的影响,探讨复方胶原蛋白烧伤膜作为新型药物载体的可能性。方法:应用交联剂法制备了复方胶原蛋白烧伤膜,以浆法考查其累计释放量的大小。结果:制备后得到乳白色、半透明、光滑、具有弹性的凝胶膜状物。当交联剂量为0.3 mL,交联时间为3 h,交联温度为37 ℃,恒温3 h时,胶原蛋白膜的累积释放量最大。结论:用交联剂法制备胶原蛋白膜具有简便,便于铸型,成膜性好等优点。本方法准确,快速,简便,可用于复方胶原蛋白烧伤膜释放度的测定。

    Studies on the preparation of collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver and factors influencing the drug release

    Abstract Objective: To prepare the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine sliver and to investigate the influencing factors of drug release. Methods:The collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine sliver was prepared by initator method,the release percent was determined by paddle method. Results:A milky white, translucent, smooth and elastic membrane was prepared. The maximal release percent of the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver was achieved under the conditions of 0.3 mL crosslinking agent, 3 hours of crosslinking time at 37 ℃ and 3 hours at constant temperature. Conclusion:The collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine sliver can be easily prepared by initator method.This method is accurate,rapid and simple for the quality control of the collagen burn pellicle of compound sulfadiazine silver. ......
