罗红霉素胶囊的处方工艺改进

     摘要为筛选罗红霉素胶囊的最佳处方和制备工艺，用正交试验法，考察不同辅料和制备工艺对罗红霉素胶囊的质量影响。结果表明，改进处方工艺后制备的罗红霉素胶囊溶出度大为提高，45 min溶出度>90%。本法处方合理、工艺简单、适用于工业化生产。

    Improvement of formulation and preparation of roxithromycin capsules

    Abstract In order to obtain the optimum formula and preparing techniques of roxithromycin capsules,the effects of different excipients and techniques were studied with orthogonal test.The results showed that roxithromycin capsules prepared with the improved formula and technique were much better in terms of dissolvability,with the dissolvability of > 90% at 45 min.
