【摘要】 目的 探讨简便、有效、经济实用的保护动静脉内瘘的方法。方法 对30例维持性血液透析患者，血液透析24h后，实验组(15例)穿刺部位外敷马铃薯切片，每日2次，每次30min。对照组(15例)穿刺部位涂抹喜疗妥霜剂，每日2次。观察两组血流量、静脉炎发生及疼痛情况1年。结果 两组患者血流量、静脉炎发生及疼痛情况差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 外敷马铃薯切片保护动静脉内瘘的作用确实，值得广大基层推广使用。【关键词】 马铃薯；动静脉瘘；肾透析
Study on potato sections’ protection for arteriovenous internal fistula

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a simple,effective and economical method of protection for arteriovenous internal fistula.Methods After 24 hours of hemodialysis,30 patients with maintain hemodialysis were divided into 2 groups:15 patients in potato therapy group were paved with potato sections outside puncture place of arteriovenous fistula,and 15 patients in control group were paved with Xiliaotuo cream outside puncture place.Therapy duration in all two groups maintained 30 minutes,twice a day.Blood flow,phlebitis and pain were observed for 1 year.Results Blood flow,phlebitis and pain were not statistical different between the two groups.Conclusion Using potato sections to protect arteriovenous internal fistula in maintain hemodialysis is simple and effective.It can be applied in primary level hospitals. ......
