摘要 :目的 探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。 方法 34例女性乳腺肿块患者术前分别进行二维超声、CDFI检查，观察肿块的影像学表现以及肿块内血流信号情况。 结果 手术病理证实乳腺恶性肿瘤18例，良性肿瘤16例。二维超声诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为88.9%、81.25%、85.3%，CDFI诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为66.7%、81.2%、73.5%。二者联合诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为88.9%、93.8%、91.2%。 结论 二维超声结合CDFI检查可显著提高其乳腺癌诊断的特异性，具有较高的临床应用价值。
