摘要 :目的 探讨早期血浆S-100B蛋白测定在醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。 方法 醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤患者50例，入院后即抽取血浆标本送检，检测血浆S-100B蛋白含量及乙醇含量，检测结果与患者CT检查结果比较。 结果 CT阳性组血浆S-100B蛋白含量〔(0.55±0.13)μg.L〕明显高于CT阴性组〔(0.21±0.07)μg.L〕，P<0.01。 结论 血浆S-100B蛋白在醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤的诊断中具有可靠的应用价值。
