【摘要】 目的 探讨医院内感染及感染监控和管理中的相关问题，明确护士长在医院内感染监控中的作用。方法 通过分析当前在医院内感染的监控和管理中存在的问题，提出了在医院内感染监控中护士长的作用重在环节质量的管理，即更新思想观念，重在提高全员感染监控管理意识；强化在职培训，重在提高全员感染监控管理的知识与技能；完善管理措施，重在转变管理行为上下功夫。结果 严格的护理管理降低了医院内感染发生率，缩短了平均住院日，减轻了患者的经济负担，提高了人群的健康水平。结论 在当前经历了“非典”、“禽流感”等防治工作的实践后，强化护士长在医院内感染监控中的作用，在预防医院内感染管理工作中具有十分重要的意义。【关键词】 护士长；医院内感染；监控管理；作用

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the problems of hospital infection,the infection supervise and management.To definitude the action of head nurse in the hospital infection supervise and management.Methods Analyzed the problems in the supervision and management of hospital infects,put forward that head nurse should regard the management in the quantity link,that is,to advance the renewal idea and raise the whole member infection supervision idea;enhance the incumbency training,raise the knowledge and technical abilities of the whole member for infection supervision management,make management measures perfect and put effort in changing of the behavior.Results Strict nursing management lowered the hospital infection rate,shortened the average hospitalization days,lighten the patients economic burden,raised healthy level of the crowd.Conclusion To enhance the head nurse action in supervision at the hospital,is very important in preventing from the hospital infection. ......
