对护理专业学生开展社区中医实践的效果评价

【摘要】 目的 评价护理专业学生社区中医实践的效果。方法 采用“社区实践业务及心理素质调查表”及自设的对社区中医实践活动的反馈评价问卷对学生进行测评。结果 多数学生认为社区中医实践对理解中医理论知识、提高中医操作能力、扩展《社区护理》课程、培养科研能力、增加专业自信心及社区居民对中医护理专业的认识非常有必要。结论 社区中医实践有利于学生分析解决问题、中医护理技术操作能力的锻炼，但学生在理论应用、人际沟通及社会适应能力还需要在今后的教学实践中进一步加强。【关键词】 护理；学生；中医；实践
Effects evaluation of nursing students community practice with traditional Chinese medicine

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of community practice with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of nursing students.Methods One questionnaire of Community Practice and the diathesis of mentality and another questionnaire about practice of TCM that was designed by ourselves were used to investigate the effects after their community practice.Results The majority of the students considered that the practice with TCM was very necessary to comprehend the knowledge and theories of TCM,to enhance the capacities of manipulation of TCM and scientific research,to enlarge the course of community nursing,and to increase the selfconfidence of nursing career and the knowledge of community residents about nursing of TCM.Conclusion The community practice with TCM is propitious to training the students’ capacities in solving problems and manipulation.But it is important to train more about the application of knowledge and theories,communication,and the adaptation of society. ......
