摘要 :目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胎盘超微结构的改变。 方法 电镜观察4例GDM患者胎盘组织，并和2例正常孕妇胎盘比较。结果 GDM患者胎盘超微结构改变表现为合体滋养细胞表面微绒毛肿胀、增粗，绒毛间隙变窄，稀少变短，排列紊乱，粗面内质网扩张，线粒体肿胀，滋养层基底膜不均匀增厚、毛细血管管腔明显狭窄，血管合体膜不明显，间质胶原增多。 结论 虽然GDM患者胎盘病理改变与胎盘缺氧时的改变相比无特异性，但形态学改变直接影响了胎盘的供血和供氧功能，导致了不良妊娠结局。
