微波萃取毛细管电泳等离子体原子发射光谱法分析银杏中的元素形态

     摘 要

    以微波萃取提取银杏叶与银杏果中的水溶液。采用毛细管电泳电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(CEICPAES),对银杏叶与银杏果水提取液中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu等元素的形态进行了研究,并对这些元素在银杏叶和银杏果中的含量及其水提取液中的提取率做了对比研究。

    Elements Speciation Analysis of Water Extraction of Gingko Leaf and Gingko Fruit by Microwave ExtractionCapillary Electrophoresis Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

    Abstract The method for the determination of Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu in leaf and of fruit gingko was described by microwave extraction. The speciation analysis of Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu in the water extract was developed by capillary electrophoresisinductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(CEICPAES). The results show containing five species for Ca, three species for Mg, two species for Zn and six species for Cu in gingko leaf with water extraction, and containing two species for Ca, three species for Mg, four species for Zn and one species for Cu in gingko fruit with water extraction. The extraction efficiencies of these elements in gingko leaf and in gingko fruit with water extraction were 34.9% to 74.5% and 28.4% to 40.3%, respectively. The contents of these elements in gingko leaf and in gingko fruit have been determined by ICPAES. ......
