肝移植术后感染并发症的防治

     【摘要】 目的探讨肝移植术后感染并发症的防治。方法 2003年9月～2005年12月连续施行42例原位肝移植术。术后应用了一系列预防细菌、病毒、真菌感染和乙型肝炎再感染的措施。结果 42例中发生胆道感染1例，CMV感染1例，乙型肝炎复发1例。其中胆道感染及CMV感染2例分别于术后3周和6个月死亡；乙肝复发患者经治疗后HBsAg及HBV-DNA转阴。结论合理、有效的治疗措施是预防肝移植术后感染的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of infection after liver transplantation.Methods From Sep,2003 to Dec,2005,42 consecutive liver transplantation was performed.A series of measures were carried out to prevent bacteria,virus and fungi infection and hepatitis B reinfection posttransplantation.Results Two of the 42 recipients developed infection,including 1 biliary infection and 1 CMV infection.These 2 patients died 3 weeks and 6 months postoperation,respectively.Another patient suffered from hepatitis B reinfection,who had been rescued after treatment.Conclusion Reasonable and effective measures are the key points to prevent from infection after liver transplantation. ......
