超声心动图检查在心肌梗死中的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 评价超声心动图在心肌梗死中的诊断价值。方法 利用二维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对心肌梗死患者进行检查，并与心电图检测结果进行对照探讨。结果 在急性心肌梗死组中，心电图的诊断符合率(90.4%)高于超声心动图(76%)，在陈旧性心肌梗死组中，超声心动图的诊断符合率(89%)明显高于心电图(62%)。结论 超声心动图检查诊断心肌梗死部位与心电图出现Q波的导联基本一致，分别为81%和78%。但超声心动图在评价心肌梗死并发症及左室功能方面优于心电图检查。【关键词】 超声心动图；心肌梗死；并发症；左室功能
The diagnosing value of echocardiography for patients with myocardial infarction

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosing value of echocardiography for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods The patients with myocardial infarction were examined by twodimensional color Doppler flow image,and then these results were compared with the results of these patients examined by electrocardiogram.Results In the group of acute myocardial infarction,diagosing correct rate of electrocardiogram (90.4%) is higher than that of echocardiography (76%)(χ2=5.85,P<0.05);but in the group of old myocardial infarction,diagnosing correct rate of echocardiography (89%) is obvious higher than that of electrocardiogram (62%)(χ2=19.71,P<0.001).Conclusion It is not significance that the correct rate of echocardiography diagnosed the region of myocardial infarction compared with the correct rate of electrocardiogram diagnosed the region of myocardial infarction (81% vs 78%,P>0.05),but echocardiography is better than electrocardiogram in evaluating myocartial infarction complication and left ventricular function. ......
