摘要:目的:探讨小脑幕切迹疝形成的颅脑损伤后血清甲状腺激素水平的变化及意义。方法:对80例小脑幕切迹疝形成的颅脑损伤后血清甲状腺激素的变化进行动态观察,并与30例正常对照组比较。 结果:小脑幕切迹疝形成的颅脑损伤急性期血清T4含量显著升高,而T3、TSH显著降低;分组资料表明,颅脑损伤愈严重,上述指标变化愈明显。 结论:小脑幕切迹疝形成的颅脑损伤使甲状腺分泌功能发生明显变化,此结果可作为判断病情预后的指标之一。关键词:颅脑损伤;小脑幕切迹疝;甲状腺激素
Change on Thyroxine in the Patients after Craniocerebral Injury of Transtentorial Herniation

Abstract: Objective: To study the change of blood thyroxine after craniocerebral injury of transtentorial herniation. Method: The dynamical levels of blood thyroxine after craniocerebral injury of transtentorial herniation were studied in 80 patients. Then, these changes were compared with 30 normal control persons. Result: In the acute stage of craniocerebral injury of transtentorial herniation T4 in the blood was significantly increased, while T3 and TSH were decreased greatly. The grouped material showed that the craniocerebral injury was degree emerged, the more obviously these indexes changed. Conclusion: Craniocerebral injury of transtentorial herniation could make a great infuence on the thyroid function, the result was an important index in estimating prognosis. ......
