乳腺癌腋窝开放式溶脂吸脂清扫淋巴结的临床体会

【摘要】 目的 总结乳腺癌病人腋窝开放式溶脂吸脂后清扫淋巴结的临床意义。方法 对37例乳腺癌手术病人，腋窝溶脂吸脂后使腋窝解剖层次变得清晰,在清扫淋巴结时，保留了肋间臂神经及胸外侧血管和胸上腹静脉。结果 术后随访4～36个月，除1例术后14个月死于广泛转移，其余36例均无复发、转移表现，无上肢肿胀及肩臂部麻木疼痛等并发症。结论 在开放式腋窝溶脂吸脂的基础上进行淋巴结清扫，由于保留了肋间臂神经等重要神经血管，收到了微创和术后功能恢复良好的效果。【关键词】 乳腺癌； 溶脂吸脂； 腋窝淋巴结清扫
