腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄的手术治疗

【摘要】 目的 研究半椎板开窗，髓核摘除，椎管潜行扩大的手术方法及治疗效果。方法 对于侧旁型，中央型分别采用单开、双开窗，髓核摘除，合并椎管狭窄者则行椎管潜行扩大。结果 手术病人86例并经随访5年，其中优41例，良36例，差9例。结论 采用半椎板开窗，髓核摘除，同时对于合并椎管狭窄者行椎管潜行扩大。即准确取出髓核，解除神经根压迫，减轻椎管狭窄，是一种有效的手术方法。【关键词】 半椎板开窗；髓核摘除；椎管扩大；腰椎间盘；狭窄
The surgical treatment in protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc and vertebral canal stenosis

【Abstract】 Objective To study open half vertebral plate,nucleus pulposus excise skill and the operational skill and the result of the treatment of vertebral canal expand.Methods Approach：abopting single open for the side way symptom but double open for the central symptom,nucleus pulposus excise,spile expand vertebral canal for patients with of vertebral canal stenosis.Results 86 cases were followed up for 5 years,perfect in 41 cases,well in 36 cases,failed in 9 cases.After keeping touch with the 86 patients after operation for 5 years. The method of using open half vertebral plate,nucleus pulposus excise and synchronally spile expand vertebral canal for patients with syndrome of narrow vertebral canal has accurately got out the nucleus pulposus,releasing nerve compression and relieve the stenosis of vertebral canal.Conclusion It is an effective surgical method. ......
