摘要:目的 探讨乳腺癌患者P 53 蛋白及抗体表达情况。 方法 采用免疫PCR方法检测血清抗P 53 蛋白抗体，酶免疫组化方法检测组织P 53 蛋白表达。 结果 乳腺癌患者血清抗P 53 蛋白抗体阳性率为39.5%，而非癌患者和正常人血清抗P 53 蛋白抗体均为阴性(P<0.01)。P 53 蛋白阳性表达的乳腺癌患者抗P 53 蛋白抗体阳性率为64.2%，明显高于P 53 蛋白阴性表达组，血清P 53 抗体测定与P 53 蛋白表达密切相关(P<0.01)。 结论 检测血清抗P 53 蛋白抗体是检测组织P 53 蛋白理想的替代工具，可作为乳腺癌血清学诊断新标志，用于乳腺癌的普查和早期诊断。

    Comparison of expression of serum P 53 protein and antibody in breast cancer patients by immo-PCR.

    Abstract:Objective To present a new serological method for diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Seral anti-P 53 antibody was detected with immuno-PCR.The expression of P 53 in tissue was detected with enzyme imunohisto-chemistry technique. Re-sults The positive rate of anti-P 53 ntibody in serum of breast cancer patients was39.5%and anti-P 53 antibody was not detected in normal persons and those without breast cancer.The positive rate of anti-P 53 antibodywas significantly higher in breast cancer pa-tients than in those without breast cancer and normal ones(P<0.01).The positive rate of anti-P 53 antibody in those expressing P 53 antibody was64.2% ......
