摘要：目的：探讨自身腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输技术在治疗重度妊高征并发大量腹水疗效。方法：对2000年1月至2005年6月入院的46例重度妊高征并发大量腹水病人术后分2组，研究组：用腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输及静脉输注人体白蛋白治疗。对照组：抽放腹水及静脉输注人体白蛋白治疗。结果：研究组在腹水消退时间、血清蛋白、肝肾功能、电解质、血压、恢复正常时间，住院时间均比对照组短，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；研究组白蛋白用量比对照组少，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；研究组伤口愈合不良发生率比对照组低，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：自身腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输技术治疗重度妊高征并发大量腹水疗效肯定，具有腹水消失快、安全、经济、方便的优点。

    Clinical Analysis of Treating Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Complicated by Ascites with Ascites Concentration and Intra-abdominal Cavity Injection

    Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of ascites concentration and intra-abdominal cavity injection on severe pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) complicated by aseites. Method：Forty-six patients with severe PIH between January 2001 and June 2005 in our hospital were divided into treatment group(23 cases) and control group(23 cases). Patients in treatment group were treated with ascites concentration and intra-abdominal cavity injection and human albumin venous injection. Patients in control group were only treated with human albumin venous injection and ascites draw.Result：The time of clearance of ascites and laboratory measure of hepatic and kidney function,blood pressure, serum albumin become normal in treatment group were less than that of in control group. The amounts of venous albumin injection were less than that of control group either. The rates of incisions healed in poor condition were lower than that of control group. Conclusion：Ascites concentration and intra-abdominal cavity injection is effective in treating severe PIH complicated by ascites. And it has the character of safety,economy,convenience and fasting of ascites clearance. ......
