FasL蛋白在老年非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

     【摘要】目的探讨Fas 配体(FasL) 在老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC) 中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测FasL蛋白在32例手术切除的老年NSCLC中的表达情况。结果 FasL在本组32例NSCLC中的阳性表达率为30%～987%，平均(620±320)%，其中在肺腺癌中的平均阳性表达为(805±212) %，在肺鳞癌中为(523±328)%，FasL蛋白在2种不同病理类型的肺癌中阳性表达水平差异显著(P<005) 。但在不同分化程度和不同外科病理分期( pathological TNM stage，pTNM) 的NSCLC中FasL蛋白表达差异不显著(P>005)。结论 FasL 在NSCLC 中的表达提示NSCLC具有反杀伤免疫细胞的能力,并可能是肺腺癌较易发生早期转移的重要原因。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of Fas ligand (FasL) protein in elderly nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance.
