摘要：目的：探讨带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣修复粉碎性前颅底骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性总结粉碎性前颅底骨折19例修复手术的效果。结果：采用了折叠的带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣修复粉碎性前颅底骨折，取得了较好的效果。近期未发现脑脊液瘘，颅内感染。结论：带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣是修复粉碎性前颅底骨折较好的手术方法。

    Reparation of Comminuted Fracture of Anterior Skull base with Pedicled Flaps of Percanial and Aponeurotica Gales：Report of 19 cases

    Abstract： Objective：To study the effect of reparation for traumatic comminuted fracture of anterior skull base. Method：The surgery and outcome of 19 patients who underwent traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base were retrospectivly summarized. Result：“Sandwich”，folded pedicled flaps of percanial and aponeurotica gales，were utilized for traumatic fractures of anterior skull base without cerebrospinal fluid fistulous and meningitis. Conclusion：The surgery way of “sandwich” were suitable for traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base.
