【摘要】 目的 观察因头面部外伤致吞咽障碍的临床表现及转归。方法 高压氧治疗舌咽神经损伤3例，辅助静脉输入神经营养药物治疗。结果 治愈3例，恢复时间30～70天。结论 头面部外伤致舌咽神经损伤吞咽功能障碍时，高压氧加药物治疗效果显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment on the swallowing difficulty resulted from injured nerves which themselves were caused by injuries of patients face and brain.Methods Application of the HBO treatment aided with medicine to three cases of swallowing difficulty that were caused by injured tongue and throat nerves.Results Full recovery in the three cases,with the patients recovery periods ranging from 30 days to 70 days.Conclusion HBO treatment of the swallowing difficulty resulting from the injured tongue and throat nerves,in addition to medicine treatment, was very effective in these three reported cases.

    各种原因所致头面部外伤引起颅底骨折、出血而产生咽部感觉障碍和运动障碍同时发生损伤或压迫舌咽神经，造成吞咽功能丧失。检查时用压舌板或探针触及咽后壁或侧壁黏膜时反射减退或消失。本科于2003年12月～2005年7月应用高压氧及药物治疗3例外伤后吞咽障碍患者，均取得明显疗效，体会如下。
