大剂量复方丹参联合苦参素及自血光量子辐射疗法治疗肝纤维化临床研究

[摘要]目的探讨大剂量复方丹参联合黄芪、苦参素及自血光量子辐射疗法综合治疗肝纤维化的效果。方法110例肝纤维化患者随机分为A、B、C组，A组36例用卡托普利及中药(复方丹参、黄芪注射液)治疗；B组46例用卡托普利及中药联合自血光量子辐射疗法；C组28例用大剂量复方丹参联合黄芪、苦参素及自血光量子辐射疗法；观察治疗前后血清透明质酸(HA)和乙肝病毒标志及肝功能变化。结果 A、B、C组治疗1月后HA降幅分别为(37.72±54.45)%，(49.53±35.28)%，(59.82±17.49)%；按HA较治疗前下降40%以上为有效，3组总有效率分别61.1%、76.1%、85.7%，χ2=58,P<0.001(各组疗效有显著差异)。结论大剂量复方丹参联合黄芪、苦参素等与自血光量子辐射疗法可增加重度肝纤维化的治疗效果，值得临床进一步研究。[关键词]肝纤维化；复方丹参；苦参素；光量子辐射；血液

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of autoblood ultroviolet radiation therapy(AURT) combined with highdose FuFang Danshen injection , Huangqi injection and Marine on hepatic fibrosis(HF). Methods110 cases of HF were randomly allocated to Group A, Group B and Group C. Group A(n=36) was treated with captopril and traditional Chinese medicine (FuFang Danshen and Huangqi injection,FDHI). Group B (n=46) was treated with AURT combined with captopril and FDHI. Group C (n=28) was treated with AURT combined with highdose FuFang Danshen injection, Huangqi injection and Marine. The changes of symptoms and signs, serum hyaluronate(HA), hepatitis B virus markers and the hepatic function were observed before and after treatment.
