血脂康治疗原发性高脂血症疗效观察

[摘 要] 目的：通过血脂康治疗高脂血症与氟伐他汀疗效对照，探讨血脂康治疗高脂血症调脂疗效及其安全性。方法：将56例来自门诊的高脂血症患者按1∶1比例随机分为两组，血脂康组和氟伐他汀组各28例，疗程均为8周，服药8周后测定血脂水平。结果：血脂康对降低TC、TG、LDLC及升高HDLC的有效率分别为35.7%、32.1%、42.9%，和7.1%。氟伐他汀对降低TC、TG、LDLC及升高HDLC的有效率分别为39.3%、35.7%、39.3%和3.57%。与治疗前比较P<0.05,与对照组比较P>0.05。结论：血脂康和氟伐他汀均有明显的调脂作用，且血脂康的不良反应小于氟伐他汀，价格便宜，患者乐于接受，可广泛使用。[关键词] 高脂血症；血脂康；氟伐他汀

Abstract：Objective Discuss Xuezhikang's curative effect and security in dealing with hyperlipoidemia throught comparing Xuezhikang and Fluvastatin's curative effect.Methods Fiftysix hyperlipoidemia outpatients were divided into two team averagely,one team used Xuezhikang other team use Fluvastatin,the period of treatment was eight week,then mensurate the patients's blood grease level.Results Xuezhikang's curative effect rate toward TC,TG,LDLC and HDLC were 35.7%、32.1%、42.9% ......
