家庭背景对青少年网络成瘾的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭环境及其父母教育方式对青少年网络成瘾者的影响，为实施有效的心理干预措施提供依据。方法 采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)及父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)对64例青少年网络成瘾者(观察组)进行评定，并与64例正常受试者(对照组)比较。结果 在家庭环境中，观察组家庭亲密度、情感表达、成功性及知识性4个因子评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)，而矛盾性、控制性2个因子评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)；在教养方式上，观察组父母的情感温暖与理解因子评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)，而惩罚严厉及拒绝、否认因子、父亲的过分干涉因子评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论 青少年网络成瘾者家庭环境及父母教养方式与正常者有明显的不同，他们存在较多的心理问题，应针对性地进行心理支持及教育。【关键词】 青少年；成瘾；家庭环境；父母教养方式

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of family environment and parental rearing styles with internet addiction of adolescences.Methods 64 patients with internet addiction disorder(IAD) and 60 normal controls were assessed with the family environment scale (FES-CV) and Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfost ran (EMBU).Results Compared with normal controls，the scores of factors of the cohesion，emotion expression，success and intelligence in FES-CV were lower in IAD，but the scores of factors of the conflict and control were higher (P<0.01 or P<0.05) ......
