【摘要】 目的 探讨水分离和水分解技术在超声乳化白内障吸除术中应用的有效性。方法 随机选择白内障患者96只眼，分两组。A组50只眼行水分离和水分解，B组46只眼，仅行水分离，所有患者均进行超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入。观察术后视力，超声乳化能量和时间及术中、术后并发症。结果 (1)术后1 d和1周的矫正视力≥0.5者两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)术中破囊A组少于B组(P<0.05)。(3)术后第1天A组无角膜水肿，B组8眼，差异非常显著(P<0.01)。(4)平均超声能量和平均超声时间A组显著较B组少(P<0.01)。结论 水分离和水分解超声乳化白内障吸除术安全性高，临床效果好。

    Clinical observation of phacoemulsification with hydrodissectionand hydrodecomposition YU Lan.The First People's Hospital of Huaihua,Hunan,Huaihua 418000

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of intraocular lens implantation combined with hydrodissection and hydrodecomposition in phacoemulsification .Methods 96 eyes of cataract patients were devided into 2 groups, group 1 (50 eyes) was treated with hydrodissection and hydrodecomposition,and group 2 (46 eyes) was treated with hydrodissection.The patient's vision at the 1st and 7th day after operation,the energy and time of phacoemulsification as well as the complications in operation and after operation were observed and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in patient's vision after operation between the two groups (P>0.05).There were significant differences in the average energy and time of phacoemulsification as well as the complications between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The phacoemulsification with hydrodissection and hydrodecomposition is a safe therapy with good clinical efficacy. ......
