【摘要】 目的 预测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16型E6 E7癌蛋白的HLA-A2限制性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)表位。方法 采用超基序法与量化基序方案相结合的办法,对目的蛋白HPV-16E6 E7的HLA-A2限制性CTL表位进行预测。结果 E6、E7各发现3个HLA-A2限制性CTL表位。E6:KLPQLCTEL(18~26)(46.31)、CVYCKQQLL(37~45)(19.96)、FAFRDLCIV(52~60)(8.39);E7:TLHEYMLDL(7~15)(293.86)、RLCVQSTHV(66~74)(21.08)、LLMGTLGIV(82~90)(7.99)。结论 超基序法与量化基序方案联合应用可以提高预测效率。【关键词】 HPV-16 E6E7;HLA-A2;T淋巴细胞表位;预测;超基序;量化基序

【Abstract】 Objective To predict the HLAA2restricted CTL epitopes derived from human papilloma virus16E6 E7.Methods HLAA2restricted CTL epitopes of HPV16E6 E7 were predicted by peptied supermotif prediction method combined with quantitativemotif.Results Three HLAA2restricted CTL epitopes of HPV16 E6E7 were found,respectively.There were E6:KLPQLCTEL(18~26)(46.31),CVYCKQQLL(37~45)(19.96),FAFRDLCIV(52~60)(8.39);E7:TLHEYMLDL(7~15)(293.86),RLCVQSTHV(66~74)(21.08),LLMGTLGIV(82~90)(7.99).Conclusion The combination of supermotif with quantitativemotif can improve the predictive efficiency. ......
