摘要:目的 探讨外科患者手术切口感染的病原菌分布及其耐药性。 方法 对179例外科住院患者手术后切口感染病原菌的分布及耐药性进行回顾性调查。 结果 培养出致病菌136株，细菌分布依次为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌;耐药分析显示，万古霉素和亚胺培南仍具有较好的抗菌效果。 结论 应密切监测外科切口感染情况，合理用药，以减少感染发生。
