     [摘要] 目的：评价并引进贝克曼原装α羟丁酸脱氢酶(αHBDH)的国产替代测定方法。方法：采用全自动生化分析仪对αHBDH的国产测定方法进行临床化学检验的方法学评价。结果：该法有良好的线性关系：两种含αHBDH高、低标本，批内、批间CV分别为6.2%、6.9%和4.9%、5.4%；与原装测定方法有良好的相关关系：该法不受溶血、脂血、高胆红素的影响，P>0.05。结论：该法稳定、可靠、与原装试剂相关性良好，可以替代原装进口试剂。
