快速手消毒剂与洗手液洗手效果的临床评价

     [摘要] 目的：了解医护人员使用洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂的消毒效果。方法：对洗必泰醇和洗手液两种处理方法的效果进行细菌学监测，处理前后采集手指培养标本，计算手污染菌落数。结果：洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂的使用可使手部细菌减少95.4%，肥皂洗手只能使手部细菌减少69.4%，差别有统计学意义。结论：洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂能有效减少手部皮肤细菌，消毒后手感干爽，省时有效，是一种较为理想的临床手消毒剂。

    Clinical Evaluation on the Disinfection Efficacy of Fastspeed Handdisinfections

    Abstract:Objective To know the disinfection efficacy of hibitanealcohol confected by department of pharmacy.Methods The hands of two groups of clinical staffs were disinfected with hibitanealcohol and soap.The number of bacteria was detected.Results The number of becteria after disinfection with hibitanealcohol was lower than that with soap.There was siginficant difference between the two groups.Conclusion hibitanealcohol can effectively reduced the number of bacteria on hands.It can make hands comfortable.So it is a ideal handdisinfectants.
