[摘 要] 目的：严格下送下收程序，使下送无菌物品不受到污染，达到控制院内感染，减少交叉感染，从而提高医院整体医疗质量。方法：做好下送、回收车的管理，清洁消毒，专车专用和下送护士手的清洁与分发无菌物品的程序，每周进行二次抽查进行细菌培养。结果：每周下送车内的细菌菌落数均≤5 cfu/cm3，符合无菌物品放置的标准要求；手的细菌菌落数在≤5 cfu/cm3，符合II类区域工作人员手的要求。结论：严格要求下送车辆的清洁消毒、专车专用和下送工作人员手的清洁，有助于减少消毒物品受到污染的机会，防止交叉感染，可有效控制医院内的感染发生。[关键词] 下送下收；无菌物品；院内感染；消毒
The Effect of Delivering by Asepsis Supply Department to Control the Hospital Internal Infections

Abstract:Objective to stress the process of delivering and receiving,ensure the aseptic instrument sent from Supply Department to avoid any infection,so that to control the hospital internal infection and reduce the cross infection in order to improve the total quality of medical treatments in hospital.Methods enhance the management of delivering and running recycle vehicles,cleaning and disinfecting,using special vehicles for specific purpose,the cleanness of the hands of handling nurses and the right procedures of distributing the aseptic instruments.Perform the spot test twice per week and germiculture afterwards.Results the average number of germ colony inspected from delivering vehicles every week is less than 5CFU/cm3,accorded with the standard requirements for depositing the aseptic stuff;as well as the mean number of germ colony inspected from hands is less than 5CFU/cm3,which accorded with the criteria for the hands of staffs working in area II.Conclusion stress the management in Supply Department,strictly control the sterilizing procedure in order to reduce the opportunity for the aseptic instruments been infected or cross infections;therefore,the incidents of hospital internal infection would be effectively minimized. ......
