     [摘要] 目的：探讨男绝育术后并发症的临床指导价值。方法：回顾性分析32例男绝育术并发症形成因素。结果：采用中西医结合治疗，一个疗程痊愈，占84.4%，两个疗程占9.4%，9个月~1 a后恢复占3.1%。讨论：通过中西医结合治疗，对男输精管结扎性功能低下具有理想的临床效果。

    Treatment of Impatence Due to Male Gterilization with the Comlination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

    Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical guidng values of comptications ofter male sterilization. Methods to retrospectirely analyse the causing factors of 32 Cases of complicaaons after male steritization. Results To treat by using the combination of Chinese medicine and western medine. one course of treatment's convale Scence occupied 84.4 peccent. 2 courses of treatment's convalescence occupied 9.4 percant each of nine menths and on year's occupied 3.1 peccent. Conclusion through the treatment of combination of chinese medicine and western medicine, the expected chinical effect of complications male sterilization could be get. ......
