脑干转移瘤的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

     [摘要]目的提高脑干转移瘤的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法经CT诊断及临床确认原发灶的脑干转移瘤8例，男7例，女1例，年龄50~71岁，平均60.5岁。采用2060Q型CT机及Picker2000S螺旋CT机扫描，分析其脑干转移瘤的临床CT表现特点。结果7例脑干转移瘤呈低或略低密度影，1例单一结节为略高密度影,伴随脑内其他部位多发转移2例，3例增强扫描呈环形强化，较度水肿6例，无水肿2例，环池有不同程度受压移位、变形，以及局限性闭塞或增宽。结论认识脑干转移瘤的CT表现特点有助于其鉴别诊断，尤其是脑干缺血性梗死、脑干出血。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo improve the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brain stem metastasis. Methods8 cases(male 7 and female 1,ranged from 50~71 years in age,mean 60.5 years) of brain stem metastasis were diagnosised finally by CT and clinic. All cases were scanned by 2060Q and Picker2000S spiral CT. The CT features of these cases were analysed. ResultsAmong 8 cases,there were low or low slightly density as in 7 cases, single high slightly density tubercle as in 1 case, following these,there were multiple neoplasm metastasis of brain other sites in 2 cases, annular shape enhancement in 3 cases after contrast CT scanning, peripheral edema lightly as in 6 cases and no in 2 cases, suprasellar region, ambiens cisterna and corpora quadrigemina were compressed, transposited and distorted differentlly,and obturated or widened locally. ConclusionsTo know the CT features are helpful to differential diagnosis of brain stem metastasis,especially to infarction and hemorrhage of brain stem. ......
