纤维支气管镜引导下治疗肺脓肿的研究

     [摘要]目的探讨纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)引导下治疗肺脓肿的研究。方法选48例肺脓肿患者，在纤支镜引导下用氟喹诺酮注射液冲洗局部支气管肺脓肿，并注入阿米卡星，同时，患者静滴用与冲洗相同的抗生素。结果48例肺脓肿患者均治愈。结论采用纤支镜引导下介入治疗肺脓肿，疗效确切，疗程缩短，安全性好，医疗费用少。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the study of patients with lung abscess were treated by fiberbronchoscope.Methods48 cases with lung abscess treated by bronchial lung abscess with fluoroquinolone and amikacin by fiber bronchoscope. At the same time, these patients received intravenous drip with fluoroquinolone and amikacin.ResultsAfter treatment, 48 cases acquired a quick recovery and healthy.ConclusionsThe advantages of antibiotic therapy leaded by fiberbronchoscope for the patients with lung abscess includ remarkably curative effects, shortcourse of treatment, wellsecurity, lower the medical price. The therapeutic method deserves to be recommonded. ......
