     [摘要] 目的：为腔镜外科(Endoscopic Surgery)经腹腔镜下胆囊切除术及胆道括约肌切开成形术提供解剖学资料。方法：对50具男、女防腐固定成尸的十二指肠乳头及胆、胰管壁段等结构进行观测。结果：男性十二指肠大乳头位于上1/3占(8.67±5.10)%，中1/3占(71.69±7.65)%，下1/3占(19.15±6.80)%，乳头小孔开口于十二指肠纵襞占(74.3±7.61)%，有十二指肠小乳头占(42.13±3.85)%，胆胰管开口形式；“V”型占(36.3±7.52)%，“Y”型占(61.25±7.58)%，乳头小孔开口位置；开口于中心而无十二指肠纵襞占(21.56±7.01)%。胆囊管长(21.47±10.58)mm。女性十二指肠大乳头位于上1/3占(7.67±4.13)%，中1/3占(69.96±6.65)%，下1/3占(18.15±6.50)%，乳头小孔开口于十二指肠纵襞占(72.3±6.61)%，有十二指肠小乳头占(41.13±3.55)%，胆胰管开口形式；“V”型占(34.93±7.54)%，“Y”型占(59.25±6.58)%，乳头小孔开口位置，开口于中心而无十二指肠纵襞占(20.56±6.01)%。结论：熟悉胆道、十二指肠乳头及胆胰管壁段的形态学特点有利于腹腔镜对其结构的处理。

    Abstract：Objective Cut open to take shape the surgical operation to provide the anatomy data for the Endoscopic Surgery gallbladder and the duodenum sphincter.Methods Fix gallbladder,the Ductus pancreaticus Nipple of duodenum and an etc.of wall structures of the corpse to carry on prognosticate to 50 antisepsises.Results Male respectively is:The Nipple of duodenum locates greatly up 1/3 have (8.67±5.10)%,medium 1/3 have (71.69±7.65)%,next 1/3 have (19.15±6.80)%,the Nipple eyelet openings has (74.3±7.61)% in the duodenum straightcut,having the small the Nipple of duodenum to have (42.13±3.85)%,gallbladder,the Ductus pancreaticus openings form;“V” type has (36.3±7.52)%,“Y” type has (61.25±7.58)%,the Nipple eyeletopenings position;Openings in center but have no the duodenum straightcut to have (21.78±7.20)%.The cystic duct long (21.47±6.58)mm.Female respectively is:The Nipple of duodenum locates greatly up 1/3 have (7.67±4.13)%,medium 1/3 have (69.9±6.65)%,next 1/3 have (18.15±6.50)%,the Nipple eyelet openings has (72.3±6.61)% in the duodenum straightcut,having the small the Nipple of duodenum to have (41.13±3.55)%,gallbladder,the Ductus pancreaticusopenings form;“V” type has (34.93±7.54)%,“Y” type has (59.25±6.58)%,the Nipple eyeletopenings position,openings in center but have no the duodenum straightcut to have (20.56±6.01)%.Conclusion The dissection characteristics that acquaints with the Nipple of duodenum and gallbladder,pancreaticus wall segment of Ductuses be advantageous to the Endoscopic Surgeryas to it's structural processing. ......
