细胞间黏附分子-1在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜组织中表达的研究

     【摘要】目的探讨在位子宫内膜细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达变化与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。方法收集子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜34例，其中增殖期16例，分泌期18例；对照组在位子宫内膜32例，其中增殖期12例，分泌期20例。用免疫印迹法对这些组织进行ICAM-1蛋白的鉴定，并用VDS扫描法对蛋白电泳图进行半定量检测。实验结果用方差分析和t检验进行统计学处理。结果 (1)ICAM-1的分子量在97～116kD之间；(2)ICAM-1在月经周期各阶段的表达无明显差异，P=0.08；(3)子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜的ICAM-1表达量明显低于对照组，P=0.013。结论子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜ICAM-1的表达及变化可能与内异症的发生机制有关，进一步论证了“在位内膜决定论”新学说。

    Analysis of intercellular adhesion molecule1 in endometrium of endometriosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule1 (ICAM1) on endometrium and endometriosis.Methods The expression of ICAM1 protein were determined by immunoblotting method in endometrium of 34 endometriosis (16 in follicular phase and 18 in luteal phase) and 32 nonendometriosis subjects (12 in follicular phase and 20 in luteal phase).The results were scanned and semiquantified,and then analysed by F test and T test.Results (1)The molecular weight range of ICAM1 was 97～116kD.(2)ICAM1 expression on endometrium in menstrual cycle showed the same trend(P=0.08).(3)Endometrium from patients with endometriosis expressed significantly fewer ICAM1 protein than those without endometriosis(P=0.013).Conclusion In patients with endometriosis,the significant changes of ICAM1 on endometrium may be related to the development of endometriosis,it may indicate endometrium decision theory. ......
