【摘要】 目的 探讨在位子宫内膜细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达变化与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。方法 收集子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜34例,其中增殖期16例,分泌期18例;对照组在位子宫内膜32例,其中增殖期12例,分泌期20例。用免疫印迹法对这些组织进行ICAM-1蛋白的鉴定,并用VDS扫描法对蛋白电泳图进行半定量检测。实验结果用方差分析和t检验进行统计学处理。结果 (1)ICAM-1的分子量在97~116kD之间;(2)ICAM-1在月经周期各阶段的表达无明显差异,P=0.08;(3)子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜的ICAM-1表达量明显低于对照组,P=0.013。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜ICAM-1的表达及变化可能与内异症的发生机制有关,进一步论证了“在位内膜决定论”新学说。【关键词】 子宫内膜异位症;细胞间黏附分子-1;免疫印迹
Analysis of intercellular adhesion molecule1 in endometrium of endometriosis

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule1 (ICAM1) on endometrium and endometriosis.Methods The expression of ICAM1 protein were determined by immunoblotting method in endometrium of 34 endometriosis (16 in follicular phase and 18 in luteal phase) and 32 nonendometriosis subjects (12 in follicular phase and 20 in luteal phase).The results were scanned and semiquantified,and then analysed by F test and T test.Results (1)The molecular weight range of ICAM1 was 97~116kD.(2)ICAM1 expression on endometrium in menstrual cycle showed the same trend(P=0.08).(3)Endometrium from patients with endometriosis expressed significantly fewer ICAM1 protein than those without endometriosis(P=0.013).Conclusion In patients with endometriosis,the significant changes of ICAM1 on endometrium may be related to the development of endometriosis,it may indicate endometrium decision theory. ......
