【摘要】 目的 了解本地区乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)流行株前C(PreC)基因的变异，为临床提供诊疗信息。方法 通过设计2条特异性引物进行PCR扩增病人血清中PreC基因序列，回收PCR产物直接进行DNA测序和比对分析。结果 PreC变异主要集中在nt 1896位G→A。结论 PreC变异可使HBeAg阴转。【关键词】 乙型肝炎病毒；变异；前C基因
