     [摘要] 为评价心电图对左室肥厚的诊断价值，对148例左室肥厚患者(其中高血压病患者104例，肥厚型心肌病患者44例)用心电图电压标准和RomhiltEstes计分系统进行评估。结果发现心电图诊断对高血压病左室肥厚有较高的敏感性(P<0.05)，电压标准和RomhiltEstes计分系统诊断左室肥厚总的阳性率相近(P>0.05)；但对肥厚型心肌病左室肥厚敏感性不高。提示心电图诊断左室肥厚的敏感性与病因有关，与电压标准相比，RomhiltEstes计分系统并不提高诊断的敏感性。

    Assessment of Value of Electrocardiographic Diagnosis of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

    Abstract：In 104 patients with hypertension and 44 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy，left ventricular hyperlrophy was evaluated by the electrocardiography voltage criteria and the RomhiltEstcs pointscoresystem.The electrocardiography voltage criteria and the RomhiltEstcs pointscore system had similar sensitivity to the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.Both of them were higher sensitivity to the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension comparing to patitents with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.This study suggests that the sensifivity of electrocardiographic diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy may vary with the cause of left ventficular hypcrtrophy and the RomhiltEstes pointscore system is not more sensitive than the electrocardiography voltage criteria in diagnosing left ventricular hypertrophy. ......
