     [摘要] 目的：探讨医用弹力绷带对小儿静脉输液中的固定作用。方法：采用(网状A型)医用弹力绷带，根据需要的部位大小选择合适的号码剪成约5 cm~6 cm长度为小儿静脉输液进行固定。结果：采用(网状A型)医用弹力绷带在小儿静脉输液中能起到很好的固定作用，提高了护理工作效率和护理质量。结论：(网状A型)医用弹力绷带在小儿静脉输液中的固定作用效果好，容易操作，对于延长静脉使用寿命，减轻患儿痛苦，防止医患纷争，有着重要的临床意义。

    Impacts of Medical Stretch Bandage Utilised in Paedomorphic Transfusion For Fixation

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the impacts of medical stretch bandage utilised in Paedomorphic Transfusion for fixation.Methods Reticular “A” shape medical stretch bandage were utilised and chosen according to the size of the part.These bandage were cut into approximately five to six cent meters and operated in the paedomorphic transfusion for fixation.Results The Reticular “A” shape medical stretch bandage had shown a significant impact for fixation.As a result it improved efficiency and nursing quality.Conclusion Reticular “A” shape medical stretch bandage operates a perfect function for fixation in paedomorphic transfusion.Moreover,it is easy to utilise,meanwhile it is also important for prolonging the useful time of vena,easing the pain for infants and preventing physicianpatient dissension. ......
