【摘要】 目的 探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童听觉P300的特征。方法 以听觉靶和非靶刺激为诱发事件,对18例注意缺陷多动障碍儿童和13例正常儿童前额区、中央区、顶区、左中央区、右中央区、左前额、右前额7个点的听觉P300潜伏期、波幅、脑地形图进行检测比较。 结果 (1)注意缺陷多动障碍儿童组听觉P300潜伏期比正常儿童组延长,但两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);(2)注意缺陷多动障碍儿童组顶区波幅较正常儿童组低,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);(3)两组P300脑电地形图叠加后,正常儿童组P300呈同心圆状扩散,左右对称,而注意缺陷多动障碍儿童组电位偏移。结论 注意缺陷多动障碍儿童存在大脑认知功能损害。【关键词】 注意缺陷多动障碍;诱发电位;听觉;P300
Characters of auditory P300 of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

【Abstract】 Objective To explore characters of auditory P300 of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods P300 latency, wave amplitude and topography at Fz、Cz,、C3,、C4、Pz、F3、F4 were detected and compared in 18 ADHD children and 13 normal ones taking auditory target and nontarget stimulations for evoked events. Results (1)Latency of the ADHD was longer than that of normal group, but difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2)Pz amplitudes in the ADHD was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.01).(3)When superposition of P300 topographies of the 2 groups, P300 of normal children showed concentric circle diffusion and both sides symmetry, while the ADHD children did potential deflection. Conclusion Children with ADHD have cognitive function deficit. ......
