[摘要]目的评价一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)在哮喘气道炎症防治中的作用。方法用两种免疫学方法(酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫组化ABC方法)和生理学方法测定了哮喘组和正常对照组豚鼠血浆和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中NO水平和肺组织上皮细胞中NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)、ICAM1(细胞间粘附分子1)表达及肺功能改变。结果与对照组比,①哮喘豚鼠血浆可溶性ICAM1水平上升,BALF中NO水平上升(P<005);②肺组织NOS、ICAM1表达水平上调(P<005);③肺潮气量和动态肺顺应性下降,气道阻力上升(P<005)。结论NO介导了哮喘气道炎症。[关键词]哮喘;一氧化氮;气道炎症
Effects of NO on the airway inflammation of bronchial asthma

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of NO on the airway inflammation of bronchial asthma.MethodsThe guinea pigs were divided into 2 groups: asthma group and control group. The following tests were performed on 2 groups. The sICAM1 value in plasma and NO value both in plasma and BALF were measured by ELISA. The expressions of ICAM1 and NOS on the bronchial epithelial cells were measured by immunohistochemistry staining. The lung fuctions (VT, Cdyn, RL) were tested. ResultsCompared to the control group, ①Apart from the value of NO in plasma level of asthmatic animals, the values of sICAM1 in plasma and NO value in the BALF were elevated; ②The expressions of ICAM1 and NOS on the bronchial epithelial cells were upregulated; ③The lung compared funtions (VT, Cdyn, RL) were impaired. ConclusionsAll the results above suggests NO is involved in the inflammation of bronchial asthma. ......
