[摘 要] 目的 分析产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)鲍曼不动杆菌SHV型β内酰胺酶(BLA)的编码基因并确定其亚型。方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增BLA编码基因片段,双脱氧链终止法测定核苷酸序列、确定亚型。结果 临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌HZ29株产生SHV型BLA,其扩增片段含825个核苷酸,核苷酸及相应的氨基酸序列经GenBank查询无相同序列,为新发现的一种BLA 亚型,其序列已以SHV56名称在美国核酸数据库GenBank成功登录(GenBank注册号: AY352599)。结论 临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌HZ29株所产SHV型BLA为一种新发现的BLA亚型。[关键词] β内酰胺酶;不动杆菌属;基因型;聚合酶链反应;序列分析
SHV56 a novel subtype of βlactamasesproducing and its significance

[Abstract] Objective To determine the genetype of the plasmidmediated βlactamasesencoding genes produced by the HZ29 strain of extendedspectrum βlactamases (ESBLs)producing Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Huzhou District ,Zhejiang Province ,P.R.China.Methods The encoding gene of βlactamases produced by clinical isolation was amplified by PCR.The purified PCR product was sequenced by Sanger's dideoxy chain termination method and were analysed to compare with βlactamasesencoding genes that had been published in GenBank.Results The βlactamasesencoding gene was determined as SHV by PCR.Its PCR product had 825 nucleotides. Its corresponding amino acid sequence had no similarity in the GenBank.The βlactamases produced by the HZ29 strain of Acinetobacter baumannii was determined as a novel subtype of βlactamases named SHV56(GenBank accession number:AY352599).Conclusions The SHV βlactamase produced by the HZ29 strain of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Huzhou District ,Zhejiang Province ,P.R.China was determined as SHV56 which was a novel subtype of βlactamases first reported in the world. ......
