【摘要】 目的 观察糖维胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 240例患者采用前瞻性随机双盲、随机对照法分为糖维胶囊治疗组120例，消渴丸对照组120例，口服药物，疗程1个月，观察两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG2h)、24h尿糖(UG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血脂及血液流变学变化。结果 与对照组比较，治疗组明显提高血糖控制水平，降低FBG2h(P<0.05)、UG(P<0.05)、FINS(P<0.01)，改善HbA1C、血脂及血流变指标。结论 糖维胶囊治疗2型糖尿病安全、有效，总有效率93.3%，明显优于消渴丸对照组(P<0.05)。因此，值得临床推广使用。
