【摘要】 目的 探讨经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术的临床应用和价值。方法 对24例3～4期痔行经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术，分析手术过程与术后并发症的相关性，分析术后留院时间，恢复正常工作的时间及治疗费用。结果 该术式手术步骤简单，每一步骤都直接影响手术结果；经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术增加治疗费用，但缩短住院日，较快恢复正常工作。结论 经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术是一种有效的治疗脱垂痔的新方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of stapled hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of third or fourth degree hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 24 patients with prolapsed irreducible hemorrhoids were performed stapled hemorrhoidectomy.Benefits and postoperative complication were assessed.Results Although the step of stapled hemorrhoidectomy is simple，everyone of it can influence postoperative results directly.Stapled hemorrhoidectomy increases the cost of treatment，but decreases the days stayed in hospital，quicker recovery to normal work.Conclusion Stapled hemorrhoidectomy is a new method and effective option in treating prolapsed irreducible hemorrhoids.
